Registration fees

Registration fees for participants include:

*We shall try to organize grouped transport possibilities per minivan at two or three different times from and to the airport. Delegates arriving or departing at « odd times » will have to take a private transport.
**All meals are inclusive of a soft drink or mineral water per person. Additional beverages consumed will be charged extra.

The registration fees do not include the post conference field trip (approximatively € 50.-) that will be paid at the beginning of the conference.

Proceedings:
We are currently discussing the printing costs of the Proceedings book with a Cypriot official body. We do hope that we will be able to offer the Proceedings free to all delegates of the 3rd IOTM.

Refunds/cancellations:

Cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail) no later than March 10, 2007 for a refund less €  50.- processing fee.

We advise you to make your transfer in Cyprus pounds (CYP), in order to avoid excessive conversion fees in Cyprus, and without charge to the beneficiary.

Please be so kind as to advising us by a short e-mail when your payment has been processed so that we have a better overview.

 

Pro forma invoice

If you require a pro forma invoice, please send us an e-mail giving us following information: your first name and family name, your address, the name and address of the institution concerned. The pro forma invoice will be sent to you via regular post. If wished, it could also be sent via fax to the number you give us.

 

Receipts

After receipt of your payment, we will confirm your registration via e-mail. An offical receipt will be handed over to you at the Meeting.

 

Special requirements:

Please let us know per e-mail if you would require a certain diet (vegetarian, etc.). The hotel will do its best to meet your requirements. As regards the meals taken outside of the hotel, it will be more difficult, but we will try to arrange it as well as possible.
